Why does my statistics panel indicate that my newsletter was sent to fewer people than I have on my list? Watch video
GetResponse attempts delivery of your newsletter to each contact three or more times before placing it on the Undelivered list. Undelivered email addresses are not reflected in the Sent field of reports and screen views.
For example, you have 500 subscribers, and your statistics indicate delivery to only 495 of them. The 5 missing subscribers are Undelivered.
To find the missing contacts, choose Contacts>Search Contacts in the Dashboard menu, click Advanced search, then Add condition and select Undelivered from the drop down menu. This will get you a listing of subscribers to whom delivery was not successful.
