Why did one of my contacts not receive the newsletter? Watch video

If the message was not delivered to the recipient (not even to his Spam folder), and you want to know why, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager providing the following:

1. The email address of the person who did not receive the message.

2. The campaign name from which the newsletter was sent.

3. The message subject.

4. Date/time when the message was sent.

Your Account Manager will look it up in the delivery logs and let you know exactly what happened.
